The Grand Condominium, also referred to as The Grand, is a skyscraper located in Edgewater, FL which is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida, United States, located north of Downtown and the Arts & Entertainment District, and south of Midtown and the Upper East Side.

It is also home to the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, Sea Isle Marina and features a diverse retail mall, with restaurants like Tony Chan's Water Club, Casablanca On The Bay, Primo's Italian Restaurant & Lounge among many more.

First completed in 1986 and designed by the Atlanta architectural firm, Toombs, Amisano, and Wells, The Grand overlooks magnificent views of Biscayne Bay. Perfect for the busy Downtown Miamian, residents are steps away from Margaret Pace Park, the former Omni Station, Trinity Episcopal, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, Adrienne Arsht Center, and high-end shopping at Miami Design District.
